Legal Investigation Services, a Dayton Ohio based network of Private Investigators, has been providing litigation support and investigative services to legal professionals and individuals for over 30 years. Our agency is made up of a network of professional and experienced law enforcement trained private investigators, insurance adjusters, paralegals, process servers, and court certified experts.
What We Do
We share the belief that the accused is innocent until proven guilty and entitled to a fair trial. With this approach our investigations are unbiased. Our private investigators will collect and review all of the evidence, interview all witnesses, and evaluate all statements before documenting our findings in a detailed comprehensive report. In addition to criminal defense, our team also provides litigation support for civil cases including personal injury, product liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, sexual harassment, infidelity, and child custody disputes.
